General
You can access your account on our website to manage your bookings. After logging in, click on the "My Bookings" tab to see your upcoming bookings. For each booking, you'll find options to either reschedule or cancel. To reschedule, click "Reschedule"; to cancel, click the arrow down button next to the booking and select "Cancel."
Please keep in mind that we have a 24-hour cancellation or reschedule policy. Which means you may cancel or reschedule up until 24 hours before the booking.
